“Raise your hands if you love Korean food!!”
Last month, I had got a great chance to visit #Ulsan to experience one day there.
That was a rainy heavily day! When we arrived at Ulsan, it was almost 12pm, so we tried to find some restaurants there. Randomly, we got into the restaurant named 율촌 갈비탕 비빔 국수.
I was so impressed when I tasted the food there. I told myself that I must share this information with others, who visit Ulsan Jujeonmongdol Seashore.
Believe me! You won’t be regret!!

We can choose many different types of food there
That day , we ordered different types of food, the most I was impressed is 갈비탕 (9000w/one)
It tasted so nice that made me search for this food and decide to learn how to make it to my family in Vietnam
Galbitang ( spelled as kalbi tang) is a variety of guk, or Korean soup, made primarily from beefshort ribs along with stewing beef, daikon, onions, and other ingredients.
The short ribs, or “galbi“ also refers to grilled short ribs inKorean barbecue while the suffix tang is another name for guk. Hence, the Korean name literally means “short ribs soup” and is also called garitang, or galitang.
The clear and hearty soup is made by slowly simmering galbi in water for a long time is eaten as a meal.
